Here again, we have a chance as it's not too deep, and in the straight part of the canal. It deserves respect as the wall is very thin on the furcation side. The prognosis is certainly guarded.
Since we can see the head of it reflecting through the microscope, we have a chance. Still no promises.
Lucky again as we see it come out and try to go down another (distal) canal. It pays to block off the other canals temporarily when doing this to avoid Murphy's Law.
