Calcified Canals - Case 2

Many posterior teeth calcify extensively due to large, deep restorations. Again, trying to find these canals without a microscope is futile in my opinion. Much time is required to treat these cases.

The obturation was successfully achieved to the apices. Normally, the canals can usually be located and treated after a long time.
