Curved Roots - Case 3

This case is a good example of a very curved MB root that is not evident from preoperative views as the roots overlap and obstruct the true anatomy. We never know what we're getting into for sure until we get there. Of course this also happens with BL curvatures that will never be evident in our views, and we don't even realize they are present. Sometimes the only clue is the tactile feedback that the instruments give us. We need to respect that feeling and not push instruments that are resisting.
